Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TuneVerse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

TuneVerse is a mobile application that provides chromatic and string-by-string tuning functionality for guitars, bass guitars, and other stringed instruments. The App offers both free and premium features.

Free and Premium Features

The App provides basic tuning functionality for free. Premium features, including access to all alternate tunings and an ad-free experience, are available through in-app purchases.

Free Features: Standard tuning, chromatic mode, basic alternate tunings
Premium Features: All 20+ tunings, bass tunings, 7-string support, ad-free experience

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Premium features can be unlocked through:

Monthly Subscription: Recurring payment that renews automatically until cancelled
Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for permanent access

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your respective app store account settings.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. Please contact the appropriate app store for refund requests.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Attempt to bypass any security features or payment systems
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Distribute or share premium features with non-paying users

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Tuning accuracy may vary based on device hardware, environmental noise, and other factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damage to instruments or equipment.

Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by TuneVerse and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
